Is Noa jewellery waterproof?
Yes, every Noa piece is 100% waterproof. You can wear it in the shower, at the gym, or even in the sea without worrying about it tarnishing or fading. Our pieces are crafted from premium stainless steel and coated with a thick layer of 18k gold using advanced PVD plating technology for long-lasting shine.
What is Noa's return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
- Earrings are also non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
- 28 days to request a refund.
- We do not cover the cost of postage to return to us. Your return does not have to be tracked or insured. Standard shipping is sufficient. However, please note that we are not liable for any lost parcels.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability and approval.
- If an item is faulty, you can return it for a refund within 28 days. An item is considered faulty if it’s not fit for purpose.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Dispatch is usually 24-48 hours and delivery is with An Post and the aim is 1-2 business days, but during busy times this may vary. You will recieve an email once your order is dispatched.

Our products are sourced from Italy and Thailand and have been tested for months and months to ensure the highest quality and wear testing.

How to measure your ring size?
- Find a piece of string or strip of paper.
- Wrap it around the base of the appropriate finger.
- Use a pen to mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps, forming a complete circle.
- With a ruler, measure the length from the starting end of the string/paper to the pen mark.
